Silicone Surfactant G580 

Structure and Application:

G580 is an silicone surfactant of Si-C bond-containing non-hydrolytic molecular structure, with such characteristics as excellent suitability, emulsibility and stability. It is a favorable stabilizer for flexible polyether-based polyurethane foam, and applicable to various types of machines to manufacture high quality foams of 8~35 kg/m3 density. 

Solubility 

G580 is soluble in polyether polyols, isocyanate and most of organic solvents.

G580 is water-absorbing. It must be sealed and stored in dry and cool place.
