JYSP-102 Blend Polyol for spray foam

Introduction:

JYSP-102 is a blend Polyol which contains the blowing agent 141B, some base Polyol or Polyester Polyol, catalyst, fire retardant ect. It can be reacted withe isocynate to make the Rigid foam which is used for insulation purpose. 

JYSP-102 is used to produce the spray foam. 

Product Characteristics

1.It has good atomization effect, the foam density is evenly, and foam surface is plat. 

2.The foam enjoys excellent insulation effect, good dimensional stability,no crack. 

3.Fire resistance has B1, B2, B3 three level. 

4.This material can be used for cold store, tank,big pipe line, wall,roof ect.

YA-102

CHARACTERISTICS

JYA-102 is a kind of blend polyol which used HCFC-141B foaming agent. It is widely used to produce thermoware of ice box, casseroles, water jugs in medical field, food field and so on. It enjoys perfect liquidity, easy to release mould, good foam strength and most excellent thermal insulation. JYA-102 should be reacted with M20S from Basf, PM200 from Wanhua and other crude MDI. Finished goods enjoys low thermal conductivity, fine density, high compression strength,   high bonding property and dimensional stability.

JY-FB-302 is a Rigid blend Polyol which contains blowing agent 141B, It's used to produce life buoy and other Buoy foam.
